I purchased 2 of these cushion/seats for my husband....one for the ride-on and one for the ute.
He reports they are great and really help prevent the lower back pain he suffers

My spinal stenosis which causes me sciatic pain flared up after no symptoms for 9 months. This was. 4 weeks before travelling for a 12 day safari across Kenya. I took the comfort pro with me folded up and strapped to my backpack. I used it on the 8 hr flight and during our 5/6 hrs a day in the Land Cruiser. I still struggled when walking but I have to say I was amazed how comfortable I was when using it. I am so glad I bought it and took it with me.

Use it in my car. Took a bit to get used to as you feel you are sitting very high up. So far, so good.
The Spinely seat molded cushion is very comfortable. I use it in my vehicle, having fractured my tailbone a few years back. Prolonged sitting is no longer an issue as the shaped foam relieves pressure on my tailbone. Great product.
This is amazing. I bought a new office chair which wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. Working from home on a computer fro 9 hours a day, the cushion has been an absolutely lifesaver, no more sore muscles and very supportive for my lower back issues. Highly recommend
The Spinely Comfort Pro is a game changer - ever since I slipped my L4/L5 and S1 discs twice in the past I have found it difficult to sit for long periods of time; especially on the PC chair; but since purchasing the comfort pro it has taken alot of discomfort away from my lower back allowing me to be able to sit for longer periods; at first it takes a little bit of time for the cushion to mould to your preference - but after a few uses it feels really good; I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
This is amazing. I work from home, bought a new computer chair and found the back support extremely comfortable, supportive for my lower back and has certainly helped my posture.
I am currently using the Spinely support on my car seat. The cushioned support has allowed me to sit against the back of the seat.and not slouch. I am seated taller and experience a much clearer view whilst driving.
It has somehow stopped my severe pain and it helps me sleep on my back where before i could only sleep on my side.
I use the cushion predominantly on my sewing chair, I do not have a coccyx and hoped this would give me the support and comfort I needed but think I may have chosen the wrong cushion for the support I was hoping to get.
I should have chosen a cushion with more support on my back as well
